Spring Mission Projects

Spring Break Juarez Mission Trip - LateNite will be traveling to Juarez, Mexico over the first part of spring break where we will start and finish a home for a family there. Cost is $199 - we will leave on Friday, March 14 and return on Wednesday, March 19.

Local Missions Events - Because we believe Jesus called his followers to serve people in need, LateNite encourages students to join us as we work at the following times and places:

Buckner Children's Home - 10AM - 1PM, February 23 - meet at the church at 9:30AM
Buckner Children's Home - 10AM - 1PM, March 8 - meet at the church at 9:30AM
South Plains Food Bank Farm - 9AM - 12PM, March 29 - meet at the church at 8:45AM

Spring Break in Juarez!

Twenty-five of us traveled to Juarez, Mexico on Spring Break to build a home for the Espinoza family. Space doesn't permit me to tell you all of our stories, but ask around to hear about our shredded tents, the roasted lamb, and about God teaching us about interdependence, servanthood, humility, patience, endurance, giving, and about gaining God's perspective on the poor.
